Temple of Horus

Today, I visited the magnificent Temple of Horus at Edfu, a sprawling complex that left me in awe of its grandeur and detail. As I wandered through its towering columns and intricate carvings, the myth of Horus—always a story that captivated me—felt more vivid than ever. Later, I made my way to Kom Ombo, a unique double temple dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek. Standing amidst its fascinating hieroglyphs and imagining the reverence once held for these deities, I was reminded of the deep spiritual connection the ancient Egyptians had with their world.
